Municipal Waste Management for Lądek-Zdrój Municipality

Municipal Waste Management: Collection and management of municipal waste from residential, non-residential, and recreational properties in Lądek-Zdrój Municipality. The scope includes an annual mobile collection of bulky waste for residents (separate collections for urban and rural areas), organization and operation of a Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK), provision and maintenance of containers for segregated municipal waste, annual washing and disinfection of containers for mixed and bio-waste (1x per year), annual mobile collection of textile waste and clothing (separate collections for urban and rural areas), cleaning of waste-contaminated areas after collection, collection of expired medicines and thermometers from pharmacies, collection of batteries from points indicated by the contracting authority, and weighing of vehicles (empty and loaded) on the contracting authority's weighbridge (plot no. 336, Trzebieszowice district); waste collected via PSZOK is exempt from weighing. An additional mobile bulky waste collection and additional washing and disinfection services for plastic, glass, and paper containers are non-price evaluation criteria. The contracting authority anticipates awarding additional contracts under Article 214, paragraph 1, point 7 of the Public Procurement Law.
