Municipal Waste Management for the City of Łuków

Municipal waste management: Collection, transport, and recovery of municipal waste from all properties in the city of Łuków; quarterly promotional campaigns for bulky waste, e-waste, clothing, and textiles; liquidation of illegal dumps; organization and operation of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) including management of collected waste; collection, transport, and recovery of waste from mass and occasional events; provision of bags for selectively collected waste on a "bag for bag" basis. The city of Łuków has an area of 35.75 km² (3,575 ha) and a population of 27,094 inhabitants (as of 31.12.2024), estimated 25,392 inhabitants (as of 31.12.2025), with approx. 46% residing in single-family homes and approx. 54% in multi-family homes. There are approx. 4,250 inhabited single-family homes, approx. 183 multi-family blocks, and approx. 850 non-residential properties generating waste; further items as per the tender documents.
