Municipal Waste Management for the City and Municipality of Sobków

Municipal waste collection and management: The service includes the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of the entire quantity of municipal waste from residential and non-residential properties in the City and Municipality of Sobków from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2028. This covers waste from owners of residential properties, owners of non-residential properties (including public utility areas such as organizational units and facilities of the City and Municipality), owners of properties with summer houses or other recreational and leisure facilities, from the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in Sobków, and from bus stops equipped with street bins. The municipal waste collection system does not include waste generated from commercial and agricultural activities or waste from cemeteries. The estimated quantities for collection and management of municipal waste are: 1) mixed waste – 2,199.000 Mg, 2) segregated waste – 1,557.000 Mg, 3) waste from PSZOK – 920.000 Mg. Bidders are required to indicate in the offer form the addresses of the municipal facilities to which the waste will be transferred, in accordance with Art. 6d para. 4 point 5 of the Act of September 13, 1996, on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Dz.U. 2025 item 733 as amended). Failure to provide these addresses will result in the rejection of the offer.
