Disposal of special waste for Leibniz University Hannover: Identification, collection, transport, and disposal including documentation of particularly hazardous waste from ADR hazardous goods classes 2-6, 8 + 9. Class 1 (explosives) and Class 7 (radioactive materials) are excluded. Waste collection takes place at various LUH locations, with required containers (e.g., ASPs, boxes for fluorescent tubes, lattice boxes, suction vehicles) to be provided and collected on site. The use of approved ADR vehicles is required. The waste verification procedure is handled electronically or as a collective disposal verification, free of charge by the contractor. The service includes container rentals for various container sizes, as well as prices per ton, logistics (travel, working time), and accompanying document fees. Services provided free of charge must be documented with 0.00 EUR. Disposal transport, except for laboratory chemicals, must occur within 2 weeks of notification. The framework agreement duration begins on 01.04.2027 for an initial 2 years, with an option to extend by a maximum of 2 additional years. Price stability for the contract duration is guaranteed.
