Disposal of unsorted and selectively collected municipal waste for the Municipality of Wręczyca Wielka

Disposal of municipal waste for the Municipality of Wręczyca Wielka, Sector I: Collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties and recreational properties. Waste management must ensure the achievement of annual reuse and recycling levels and the reduction of biodegradable waste sent to landfill, in accordance with legal regulations and the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship. The service includes the leasing of containers for unsorted (mixed) and selective waste (bio-waste, glass, ash, slag from domestic furnaces), and the provision of bags for selectively collected waste (metals, plastics, paper) for property owners in Sector I. Container leasing covers the entire contract period. Also included are reporting in accordance with regulations, waste management ensuring recovery or disposal indicators, direct transfer of selectively collected waste to recovery or disposal facilities, and unsorted waste to municipal facilities, with the prohibition of mixing selectively collected waste with unsorted waste or different types of selectively collected waste. Additionally, educational campaigns, in the quantity specified in the offer form, are to be conducted to promote and define rules for selective waste collection. This involves developing and delivering information leaflets (A5 format, minimum 11 pt font, color printed) to each property owner in Sector I. The content, graphic design, and delivery date of the leaflets must be agreed upon and approved by the contracting authority. The number of delivered leaflets must correspond to the number of properties covered by the waste collection service, including new collection points that may arise during the service.
