Development of Water and Wastewater Infrastructure in Mureș County

Design and execution of construction works for the regional development of water and wastewater infrastructure in Mureș County: detailed design and execution of civil, mechanical, electrical, and automation installations, including the supply and installation of associated equipment. The contract covers the design, preparation of documentation for permits, construction, testing, and defect rectification for the extension of water supply facilities, transport pipelines, and distribution networks to improve water infrastructure in the localities of Mureș County. This includes electrical power supply and integration into local and regional SCADA systems. Works comprise the construction of a water treatment plant (GA Vețca) with a chlorination station, a 2x100 m³ storage tank, and a potable water pumping station; a transport pipeline from GA Vețca to the distribution networks (length 4,037 m); a pumping station on the transport pipeline to Jacodu; distribution networks for UAT Vețca (length 10,434 m) including 596 connections, 1 pressure reducer and measurement chamber, 17 hydrants; a water treatment plant (GA Neaua) with a chlorination station and a 2x100 m³ storage tank; a transport pipeline from GA Neaua to the distribution networks (length 2,326 m); distribution networks for UAT Neaua (length 7,597 m) including 316 connections, 15 hydrants; a pumping station on the distribution networks; the extension of the existing water treatment plant (GA Fântânele) with a chlorination station, integration of the existing tank into the operation and monitoring system, 2 flow meter chambers (inlet/outlet), site development (roads, platforms, paths, vertical landscaping), and fencing; and the extension of the existing water treatment plant (GA Călimănești) with a chlorination station, integration of the existing tank into the operation and monitoring system, 2 flow meter chambers (inlet/outlet), site development (roads, platforms, paths, vertical landscaping), a generator set, and fencing. Associated works include all construction works (demolition, earthworks, structural, architectural, metal constructions), all mechanical works (procurement and installation of mechanical equipment, hydromechanical installations, lifting equipment), all HVAC works, and all necessary works for electrical power supply, automation, and control of the entire system via the SCADA system, including instrumentation for flow, levels, and pressures. The design and execution period is 22 months (design: 6 months, execution: 15 months, testing and commissioning: 1 month). The defect notification period is a minimum of 36 months.
