Development of an Integrated Information System for Romsilva Forest Fund Management

Development of an integrated information system: Digitalization and significant improvement of Romsilva's public services. The system supports the processing of forest fund protection and administration contracts, wood mass inventory requests, access approvals for national and natural parks, recreational fishing permits, provision of information on the managed forest fund and access to national forest land, and petition resolution. It includes the implementation of an online portal with a virtual private space for online services, improvement of processes for issuing permits for wood mass inventory and recreational activities, support for public information on forest fund protection, and enhancement of Romsilva's internal activities through process automation, data access, and interoperability. Staff training for the new system is also included.
