Development of block P2 as part of the redevelopment of the Tweebosbuurt within the Parkstad Urban Development Plan. Block P2 is located between Putselaan, Tweebosstraat, De La Reystraat, and the newly constructed Emily Hobhousestraat. The building project includes a residential care complex and owner-occupied homes. The care complex will be rented and operated by Humanitas. The aim is to realize an innovative living concept to facilitate connection between the care complex, owner-occupied homes, and (care) facilities at ground level.
