Implementation of the Grant and Refund Processing System (SODiR 3.0): functional analysis, system development including data migration from SODiR 2.0 and PAWOR, implementation workshops, production launch and stabilization, and creation of post-implementation documentation. This includes technical assistance and maintenance for the SODiR 3.0 system (basic order and option), as well as modifications and further development of the system within a maximum limit of 60,000 working hours (option). The contractor must also provide warranties and guarantees, transfer proprietary rights and related rights, and provide licenses for the use of the created works. For certain operational activities, such as receiving and registering correspondence and scheduling appointments, employment of personnel under an employment contract is required; further items as per the tender documents.
