Delivery of a computerized test bench for the control and validation of power contactors for rolling railway stock: The test bench must be capable of measuring at least voltages, currents, resistances, switching times, distances and dimensions via optical measurements, pneumatic and mechanical pressures, and insulation measurements at 10 kV, and generate currents in the order of 300 A. A firm tranche includes a first test bench (delivery, installation, commissioning); a second identical test bench is available as an optional tranche, callable within the period defined in the tender documents.
