Development of language technology e-tools for Estonian as a second language learning (Eesti Keele Instituut)

Development of up to three innovative language technology e-tools: The e-tools are based on development ideas described in the offer, support Estonian as a second language learning for defined target groups, and have potential for further development into a marketable product. Commercially viable solution ideas are sought, including technical feasibility, a development plan, and a business model. The contractor must demonstrate market potential, the ability to develop the solution into a marketable product, and ensure its further marketing and sustainable operation. Contracts will be concluded with up to three bidders.
