Development of Scenarios for Earth Observation Data from 2030

Notice title: Entwicklung von Szenarien zur Bereitstellung und Verarbeitung von Erdbeobachtungsdaten ab 2030 (EODATA30+)

Development of scenarios for the provision and processing of Earth observation data from 2030 in Germany: The EODATA30+ project includes six investigation aspects: analysis of the CODE-DE-Lab platform and its current operating concept, stakeholder analysis and needs assessment, identification, analysis, and evaluation of development needs, market exploration, derivation of scenarios and operating models, and final evaluation and derivation of recommendations for action. These six aspects, together with coordination, management, and collaboration with the client, form eight work packages. Required are knowledge and experience in working with EO data, the conception and provision of data infrastructures, and an understanding of the requirements of public authorities and scientific institutions. Close and regular collaboration with the client is planned.
