Development Partner for Mixed-Tenure Housing Development in Beechgrove, Clonakilty
Development Partner for mixed-tenure housing development: approximately 35 residential units in Beechgrove, Clonakilty. The partner assumes full project responsibility from the current Part 8 design to completion, including design development, provision of all associated infrastructure, and construction of all residential units. This includes securing all statutory approvals, certifications, and compliance sign-offs. Completed Social and Affordable Housing units are to be delivered to Cork County Council according to agreed specifications and programme. The Affordable Housing units and associated site infrastructure must be fully funded, with marketing and sale at pre-determined prices to purchasers nominated by Cork County Council. Building agreements are to be entered into with these nominated purchasers. Social Housing units will be funded by Cork County Council through staged payments at agreed project milestones.
