EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning) works on a turnkey basis for investment projects in the Upstream sector: includes all activities, materials, equipment, and services required for full contractual performance. The specific scope will be defined in technical specifications for each mini-tender procedure conducted under a framework agreement. The contractor must provide documentation demonstrating the quality and compliance of the works, materials, and equipment. The framework agreement will be concluded with multiple economic operators for a period of three (3) years.
