Epidemiological Study of Children's Oral Health for National Program 2026-2030

Epidemiological study of children's oral health status: Organization and conduct of a study on the oral status of children aged 8, 9, and 10 years, covered by the National Program for Prevention of Oral Diseases in Children (0-18 years) in Bulgaria for the period 2026-2030. The study includes the assessment of dental caries and the measurement of caries reduction levels in children with sealants compared to a control group without sealants. Up to 600 children aged 8 to 10 years are to be examined in the regions of Sofia City, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Pernik, Shumen, and Pazardzhik. These regions cover approximately 98.38% of all children with sealants. Children are divided into three age groups (8, 9, 10 years) and two study groups (with sealants, control group without sealants). The study must be conducted according to a methodology to be developed by the contractor.
