Earthworks, Masonry, and Concrete Works for Building Maintenance at TU Ilmenau

Framework agreement for earthworks, masonry, and concrete works: Application of StLB-BauZ LB 600 (Earthworks, July 2023 edition), LB 630 (Masonry, 2025 edition), and LB 631 (Concrete works, 2025 edition), with the current version applying upon written agreement in case of changes during the contract term. Works include individual measures from 100.00 Euro, to be completed within one week. In situations of imminent danger or emergency, services must be rendered within 24 hours. The company's registered office should be a maximum of 50 km away. Billing is based on the positions of the Standardleistungsbuch.
