Earthworks, Shoring, Shell Construction, and Steelwork

Construction of site access roads and site setup areas; earthworks including excavation of a construction pit (approx. 57 x 90 x 7 m) totaling approx. 35,000 m³, with accompanying ordnance clearance; shoring works comprising approx. 650 m² shoring with tie-backs and approx. 450 m² shoring without tie-backs; drainage canal works for approx. 180 m of main lines; conduit pipes for electrical installation, with approx. 590 m in concrete components and approx. 890 m under the base plate; concrete works including approx. 1,600 m³ reinforced concrete base plate (waterproof), approx. 630 m³ reinforced concrete walls (waterproof), approx. 3,090 m³ reinforced concrete walls, approx. 470 m³ reinforced concrete floor slabs (waterproof), approx. 1,780 m³ reinforced concrete floor slabs/beams, and approx. 1,130 m² ceilings made of Pi-slab elements; masonry works for approx. 540 m² masonry walls; roof steelwork with approx. 210 tons of steel construction from various profiles, approx. 2,480 m² walkable gratings on steel construction, and approx. 1,100 m² expanded metal cladding.
