Earthworks for the renovation of Vihkosaari beach, phase 1

Earthworks for the renovation of Vihkosaari beach, phase 1, in the municipality of Ii: removal of existing structures and topsoil, excavation and backfilling, construction of structural layers, culvert and stormwater structures, construction of growing media and planting pits, turfing, and installation of equipment and furniture according to the quantity and unit price list. Structural layers for asphalt and paving areas are to be built up to the top surface of the bearing layer. Asphalt, paving, and other surface structures excluded in the tender documents are not included. The contract is awarded as a unit-price-based total contract; the final price is determined by the actual quantities and the unit prices offered by the contractor.
