Earthworks and Drainage for New Fire Station Rietberg
Earthworks and drainage for the construction of a single-story fire station in Rietberg: Preparation and compaction of the subgrade on approx. 2,400 m², installation of a gravel base layer approx. 50 cm thick with a volume of around 1,150 m³. The works also include the creation of a test field, compaction verifications using plate load tests, and excavation of foundation areas with a volume of approx. 112 m³. Subsequently, all drainage pipes are to be laid under the floor slab, including the creation of approx. 285 m of pipe trenches and the laying of approx. 285 m of KG-2000 wastewater pipes DN 110, including fittings, penetrations, and connection lines. Additionally, empty conduits for media supply under the floor slab and connections of rainwater downpipes to the main drainage lines are to be installed. Finally, the necessary leak tests, camera inspections, and as-built documentation of the drainage systems are to be carried out.
