Earthworks and deep foundations for the construction of an indoor swimming pool and a primary and secondary school: site leveling and removal of 1,011 t of soil material; construction of a 170 m² asphalt ramp; demolition of 97 existing concrete piles; 413 m³ of trenching for utilities; 4,223 t of site stabilization with gravel; 10,114 m³ of excavation and removal of construction pit material; 8,354 t of gravel working platform; 2,058 m³ of working space backfill; delivery and installation of 2,290 m³ of GW gravel and 4,901 t of RC material type 1; 1 package unit for dewatering system with settling basin, emergency power supply, pumps, and water level monitoring; 4 dewatering wells approx. 10 m deep; 8 seepage shafts approx. 275 cm deep with subsequent extension; 650 m of drainage pipe; 676 m of collection and discharge pipe; 2,980 m² of sheet piling; 1,071 m of full displacement piles with 40 cm diameter; 47 tension piles approx. 6.7 m long; 1,143 m of continuous flight auger piles with 62 cm diameter. Basement components are to be constructed within a sheet pile shoring system with dewatering via wells; deep foundations include SOB bored piles and full displacement columns.
