Construction and installation works for an elevated helipad for LPR rescue helicopters at the Wojewódzkie Wielospecjalistyczne Centrum Onkologii i Traumatologii im. M. Kopernika in Łódź: Preparation of as-built documentation, organization and execution of necessary tests, examinations, measurements, and final acceptance, preparation of notices for commencement and completion of works on behalf of the client, obtaining legally required permits for the construction and commissioning of the facility (if required). The scope of services is detailed in the project documentation (Attachment 2 to SWZ) and the contract template (Attachment 9 to SWZ). An offer for the entire scope of services is required.
