Renewal of intercommunal wastewater collector and drinking water network: Services are paid by unit prices, which are revisable monthly. The preparation period is 8 weeks, execution of works and submission of DROE is 90 weeks. The maximum contract execution duration is 90 weeks. Offer validity period is 180 days. A retention guarantee of 3% of the initial contract amount will be constituted, replaceable by a first-demand guarantee. An advance payment of 20% of the initial amount is provided. Evaluation criteria are defined in the RC, social conditions are described in the CCAP.
