Electrical services for the renewal of general and safety lighting: 1 general lighting system with 308 surface-mounted luminaires, 1 outdoor lighting system with 10 wall luminaires, 1 safety lighting system with 4 safety luminaires, approx. 150 m cables/lines, approx. 70 m installation system, dismantling and disposal of approx. 300 surface-mounted luminaires. Execution period: 01.10.2026 to 30.07.2027, with work in the music room from 12.10. to 23.10.2026 and other rooms during holiday periods. Required evidence: Prequalification certificate or self-declaration of suitability (Form 124), register entries, proof of average number of employees over the last three years, three reference projects from the last five years, turnover figures for the last three financial years, information on insolvency proceedings, no serious misconduct, no exclusion grounds according to § 6e VOB/A EU, fulfillment of payment obligations (taxes, duties, social security contributions), exemption certificate according to § 48b EStG, registration with professional association, qualified certificate of good standing from professional association; further items as per the tender documents.
