Renewal of the Rake System for Wastewater Treatment Plant
Renewal of the rake system for a wastewater treatment plant: technical and structural upgrade of part of the existing rake system and its associated operating building. The new rake system must be designed for a maximum inflow of Qmax = 800 l/s and meet requirements for occupational safety, hygiene, energy efficiency, and maintenance accessibility. The scope includes the complete replacement of rakes and screenings wash presses, renewal of the extraction system, and replacement of control and electrical components with new, Ex-compliant systems. Additionally, structural measures for mold removal and improved indoor climate are planned. The existing crane system must be checked for suitability for the new technology and, if necessary, upgraded considering corrosion protection.
