Renewal and support for existing SAS licenses

Procurement of SAS (Statistical Analysis System) software licenses and related product support services: Renewal, expansion, and supplementation of existing licenses for organizations subject to the centralized procurement system under the DKÜ regulation or voluntarily joined the framework agreement. The service package includes 131 items according to the price list in the technical description. The estimated total value of the framework agreement is net 3,400,000,000 HUF (without options). The framework agreement will be concluded with multiple bidders. The award criterion is the lowest price. Equivalence criteria for software licenses: Proof of full integration and functionality into the existing software and hardware environment of the affected organizations without additional tools, developments, or services. For product support: Possibility of repairs that are only achievable by modifying the original source code of the software to ensure proper system operation. A replacement product is technically equivalent if it matches the parameters in Annex c of the framework agreement or offers more favorable conditions in case of differences. The maximum duration of the framework agreement is 24 months for the contract signing period, followed by a 24-month performance period for individual contracts and a 3-month settlement period. further items as per the tender documents.
