Metal construction works and renewal of smoke and heat exhaust ventilation (RWA) systems for the Anhaltisches Berufsschulzentrum Hugo Junkers in Dessau-Roßlau: 6 large windows (approx. 2,600 mm x 770 mm), 12 small windows (approx. 1,600 mm x 770 mm), 108 trapezoidal windows (approx. 2,160 mm x 570 / 940 mm), 13 rectangular windows (approx. 1,650 x 640 mm), 26 chain actuators D4 as drawbridges for tilt windows, 24 profile-integrated mechatronic tilt fittings, 147 F 2a locking drives, 168 BF 2b element controllers, 28 linear actuators LDH15 for roof windows, 22 module control units, 67 RWA control points, 37 optical smoke detectors VdS. Start of execution no later than 5 working days after receipt of order, operational installation by 10.12.2027, overall completion by 28.01.2028. Security for contract performance 5% of the contract sum (from 250,000 Euro net), security for defect claims 3% of the sum of interim payments. Proof of expertise DIN 18232-10 and confirmation from the system supplier for a 10-year repurchase guarantee for aluminum window and fitting systems required. Award criterion is the lowest price.
