Renewal of technical protection systems (PZTS and EKV) II.

Renewal of technical protection systems (PZTS) and electronic access control systems (EKV): Renewal of outdated PZTS and EKV systems in 95 facilities of VZP ČR; the number of facilities may change. Dismantling and ecological disposal of existing technology; preparation of implementation documentation for PZTS and EKV per object based on client security proposals; supply and installation of PZTS components according to ČSN EN 50131 (including ČSN CLC/TS 50131 and TNI series 33 4591) for security level 2 and for one area level 3; supply and installation of EKV components according to ČSN EN 60839-11-1 and 2 for security level 2 and for one area level 3, with technically equivalent solutions permissible. A 4-year warranty on PZTS and EKV supplies; supply of a homologated/certified radio communicator for signal transmission to the Surveillance Alarm and Receiving Center of the Police of the Czech Republic (DPPC PČR) and a GSM module (4G or 5G) for data communication where radio coverage is unavailable, including coordination with the connectivity service provider. Integration of all relevant PZTS and EKV elements into the C4 overlay system, including central unit connection and C4 system configuration; full service access via the PZTS/EKV system keyboard for user management, updating contact phone numbers for status reports, and other system administration; hardware and software interfaces for connection to the existing C4 system, as well as a mobile application for remote PZTS management on the newly supplied technology. Execution of initial revisions and functional tests of PZTS and EKV systems, delivery of operation and maintenance manuals in Czech, and handover of properly filled operating books per object. Preparation of as-built documentation for installed PZTS and EKV systems, supplemented by a 'cable book' for 'medium and large objects' and the 'Headquarters' object. Provision of technical support for administration, maintenance, and further development of PZTS and EKV systems, including component additions, functionality expansions, integrations, software modifications, capacity or scope increases, expert advice, and resolution of operational issues. Possibility of supplementing and expanding the supplied PZTS and EKV systems, updating project documentation to the actual state, and performing other actions related to dismantling, relocation, and reassembly of systems based on client instructions.
