Renewal of Car Wash Systems for Vienna Central Station

Renewal of car wash systems at Vienna Central Station (tracks 251 and 252): Replacement of numerous electrical and mechanical components, including frequency converters of various power classes with Profibus cards (left/right wash portal, pre-wash station, main wash station, rinse station, chemical station), several inductive switches with connection cables, pH electrodes in water treatment/chemical dosing, and various drive motors for swivel, tilt, rotation, and brush movements. Retrofitting of new light barriers including protective covers, cabling, and mounting material. Dismantling, reassembly, electrical connection, and commissioning of all components, including tests, functional checks, and adaptation of drive technology. An optional 3-year maintenance contract is requested.
