ERP solution for healthcare: Procurement, introduction, migration, integration, and commissioning of a new, integrated ERP solution for the complete replacement of the existing commercial and logistics-related system landscape. This includes software provision, conception, implementation, data migration, integration, commissioning, and support for testing and go-live. The replacement of the existing system landscape must ensure largely uninterrupted operation. Provision and implementation of necessary interfaces to remaining existing systems, specifically connection to SAP IS-H (patient billing system) and integration with i.s.h.med to support material, medication, and implant documentation. All interfaces must ensure continuous, secure, and consistent data exchange between systems. A numerically independent campus license is required, without individual licensing for users or end-device workstations. The scope further includes the delivery and transfer of required software licenses or usage rights, setup and parameterization, data migration from legacy systems, connection of existing systems, training, documentation, as well as subsequent software maintenance and support. The contractual basis is an EVB-IT framework agreement, consisting of elements from EVB-IT System, EVB-IT Überlassungsvertrag Typ A, EVB-IT Cloud-Vertrag, and EVB-IT Pflege S-Vertrag, each with corresponding EVB-IT General Terms and Conditions.
