Design and construction of the Lesser Poland Center for Psychiatry and Addiction Treatment for New Digital Technologies: The project includes the preparation of complete project documentation and the execution of construction works, including site development, under a "design and build" contract. The investment is located on plots No. 28/4 and 28/3 on ul. Strzelecka in Kraków, within the historic urban complex of Wesoła (registered monument A-650). Phase I (Design) involves the creation of complete project documentation for the building permit and commissioning, including the building project (site development, architectural-construction project), technical project with all specialized elaborations, medical technology project (layout, parametrization, installation requirements for medical equipment), detailed specification of non-medical equipment (furniture, social, administrative, technical, IT equipment), executive projects, bills of quantities, cost estimates, material and financial schedules, visualizations, changes and updates to documentation, and author's supervision until the occupancy permit is obtained. Phase II (Construction) covers the execution of construction works with site development, utility connections, supply and installation of equipment, all preparatory, temporary, securing, demolition, reconstruction, connection, and cleaning works, as well as the creation of complete as-built documentation and the acquisition of the final occupancy permit.
