Construction of the Małopolski Center for Psychiatry and Addiction Treatment for Digital Technologies

Design and construction of the Małopolski Center for Psychiatry and Addiction Treatment for New Digital Technologies in Krakow, ul. Strzelecka, on plots no. 28/4 and 28/3. The contract includes the preparation of complete project documentation for the building permit, construction execution, and commissioning, comprising a building project (site development, architectural-construction), technical project with specialized elaborations, obtaining the building permit, medical technology project (layout, parametrization, installation requirements for medical devices), detailed specification for non-medical equipment (furniture, social, administrative, technical, IT equipment), executive projects, bills of quantities, cost estimates, material and financial schedule, Technical Specifications for Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB), visualizations, changes and updates to documentation, and author's supervision until commissioning. Furthermore, the contract covers the construction works including site development, utility connections, supply and installation of equipment, preparatory, temporary, security, demolition, restoration, connection, and cleaning works, as well as the preparation of complete as-built documentation and obtaining the final occupancy permit. The investment is located within the protected historical urban area of Wesoła (registration number A-650) in the center of Krakow.
