Construction of an electrical control center, renovation and extension of the Herbarium at the Botanical Garden of TU Dresden

Demolition works, conversion, and extension at the Botanical Garden of the Technical University Dresden: extensive construction measures, including widespread demolition of economic and administrative buildings, greenhouses, exhibition greenhouses, garage blocks, underground media lines, and heating ducts; conversion and extension of individual objects, particularly the Herbarium (TBM 03); unsealing of paved areas. Partial construction measure 03 (TBM 03) involves extensive building conversion of the former Herbarium with partial demolition of the old building substance (roof, floor slabs, floor structures, partial walls), structural upgrading of remaining components, and an extension new build. Additionally, the demolition of existing annexes (shed, garage/storage) and the removal of outdoor facilities (propagation greenhouses, sealed surfaces) is planned. A fully completed recycling and disposal concept for off-site waste to be recovered/disposed of must be submitted with the offer.
