Construction of a public toilet facility, Schloßinsel Rodewisch
Construction of a public toilet facility: simple cubic building with 7 separate, barrier-free accessible rooms, including 5 individual toilet cabins with washbasins, one room with 3 urinals and 2 washbasins, and one barrier-free toilet with a fold-down changing table and two chairs. The toilets are simply, easily maintainable, and robustly equipped, with infrared panels integrated into the ceiling for temperature control and frost protection. Interior surfaces are water-repellent and easy to clean up to the height of the light band. Supply is via an existing drinking water line, a new electrical connection for the entire island, and a new connection to the wastewater system, including a new wastewater line to the manor house's wastewater channel, connected to the ZWAV transfer shaft. The rear of the building provides space for electrical distribution boxes for the island and accessible storage (from inside and outside) for maintenance accessories. Construction includes a concrete base plate (according to State Office for Archaeology regulations), a timber frame structure with wood-based panels and soft fiber insulation, executable on-site, as modular construction, or as prefabricated elements. A skylight strip with fixed glazing ensures natural lighting; ventilation is provided by a simple ventilation system. The flat roof features extensive greening; on the access side, the roof is extended by 80 cm for weather protection and downlights. The exterior facade consists of dark glazed panels and larch wood cladding. A large information board for the island can be attached to the gable end. Required planning services include the creation of necessary workshop and execution planning, including all coordination and verifiable structural analysis, with the approval plans for design and functionality being binding and execution conforming to the granted building permit. Execution period: start 01.12.2026, end 30.04.2027. The contract type is a construction contract as a unit price contract (VOB). Eligibility proofs include certificates of good standing (tax office, social security, professional association), registration in the trade register/professional register/Chamber of Commerce, tax exemption certificate, proof of technical equipment/personnel/management, proof of contractor's own work share (min. 50%), for foreign bidders additional insurance certificate and tax office details, compliance with AentG and MiLoG, and designation of a landfill for excess soil masses according to KRWG. further items as per the tender documents
