Establishment of approx. 5.2 MW Air/Water Heat Pump System and Building

Establishment of a complete air/water heat pump system, ready for operation: The system utilizes outdoor air as a heat source and CO2 as a natural, non-toxic, and non-flammable refrigerant. The heat pump system and all components are to be integrated into a new building, which is part of this total contract. The building and all other plant and equipment must be prepared for the establishment of +50% additional heat pump capacity, either as an option or in a future contract. The heat pump system, pumps, instrumentation, and main and control panels must be placed appropriately and safely for operation. In addition to the machine room, the building must include a garage, welfare rooms (office, toilet/bath), and a material hall. Furthermore, the general contractor must deliver and establish a septic tank, water, and electricity supply according to contract boundaries, including the establishment of a switching system and transformer capacity for the heat pump system. The work includes all services and related tasks, including, but not limited to, detailed design of the complete system, construction management, quality management, and coordination with the client's deliveries, including the SCADA supplier.
