Construction of a Rectifier Substation at Courcelle-sur-Yvette Station

Construction of a rectifier substation: Building a concrete structure (R+0) with external dimensions of 23.10 m (L) x 9.10 m (W) x 6.80 m (H) excluding parapet and railing, architectural facades with wood cladding on one length and one width, located within the RATP station premises. Included are studies and execution methods, site layouts, topographical surveys, and monitoring of adjacent structures. Structural work involves demolition and full-mass earthworks, construction of a retaining wall (approx. 40 m long, approx. 6.00 m high), and civil engineering works for the substation (approx. 210 m²). Also included are external DEG-type waterproofing for buried parts, waterproofing of the substation roof slab, installation of wet networks for rainwater management, and dry networks (1 multi-duct with 4 conduits for HTA Enedis, 1 multi-duct with 54 conduits for RATP energy and system, technical ducts, and pulling chambers). Finishing work includes plastering and anti-dust interior painting, metalwork such as railings (approx. 65 m), ventilation grilles (approx. 12 m²), handrails, cage ladders and roof access ladders, pedestrian and truck access doors, fencing (approx. 66 m), gates, and wickets. Also included is the installation of open-joint wood cladding on one length and one width of the substation (approx. 225 m²), construction of 2 or 3 catenary foundations and slabs, and an associated under-track crossing (ITC 2027). Landscaping involves a green roof on the substation and an ECO Végétal type vegetated complex (approx. 150 m²) in the vicinity of the substation and station area. Variants are permitted for earthworks, multi-ducts, and retaining walls, but must demonstrate time and/or cost savings and be submitted with a base offer. further items as per the tender documents.
