Design and construction of a Małopolski Center for Psychiatry and Addiction Treatment for New Digital Technologies: The project is implemented as a "design and build" contract at ul. Strzeleckiej in Kraków on plots no. 28/4 and 28/3. The scope includes the preparation of complete project documentation for obtaining the building permit, construction execution, and commissioning, including building design (site development, architectural-construction), technical design with all required industry-specific elaborations, obtaining the final building permit, medical technology design (layout, parametrization, installation requirements), detailed specification of non-medical equipment (furniture, social, administrative, technical, IT equipment), executive designs, bills of quantities, cost estimates, material-financial schedule, Technical Specifications for Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB), visualizations, preparation of changes/updates and replacement documentation, and author's supervision until the occupancy permit is obtained. Furthermore, the contract includes notification of commencement of construction works, execution of construction works including site development, utility connections, supply and installation of equipment, as well as all preparatory, temporary, security, demolition, restoration, connection, cleaning, and other necessary works, preparation of complete as-built documentation (geodetic, acceptance, operation and maintenance instructions, photographic), and obtaining the final occupancy permit. The investment is located within the historic urban layout of the Wesoła area, registered as a monument under A-650.
