Establishment of a Mental Health Center for Children and Adolescents with Therapeutic Garden at the Provincial Hospital in Tarnów: detailed inventory of buildings, connections, and external areas; preparation of a technical condition expertise for buildings if required; development of a multi-branch construction project design for permits, reviewed by fire safety and sanitary experts; preparation of a multi-branch executive project design according to the regulation of December 20, 2021; preparation of technical specifications for construction execution and acceptance; preparation of investor cost estimates; preparation of health and safety information; obtaining all necessary legal agreements, opinions, permits, and administrative decisions on behalf of the client; development of a material and financial schedule within 14 days of contract signing; execution of all demolition, construction, installation, assembly works, plantings, and equipment deliveries based on approved design documentation; provision of supply, storage, security, and insurance of materials and equipment; obtaining occupancy permits for buildings; development of operating and maintenance instructions in Polish for all newly installed equipment and training of future personnel; preparation of as-built documentation in all trades (including protocols, approval certificates, attestations, warranty information, DTR) and as-built geodetic survey; free service during the warranty period.
