Replacement Construction of Service Water Supply for City and Animal Park Ponds, Limbach-Oberfrohna

Expansion of the service water system: approx. 1,000 m of DN 100 PE to DN 150 PE piping in open trench, approx. 150 m of DN125 PE to DN 150 PE piping using trenchless methods, 3 shafts DN 1,400, 1 earth-embedded reinforced concrete storage tank 12 m x 5 m x 3 m. This includes the dismantling of 3 weirs/cross structures in the water (partially by hand), the new construction of a precast reinforced concrete culvert 1.5 m x 1.5 m x 0.75 m (LxWxH), the dismantling and disposal of an earth-embedded reinforced concrete water storage tank, landscaping, tree planting, and maintenance services. The construction contract is a unit price contract. The execution location is Tierparkstraße / Teichgebiet Limbach-Oberfrohna. Execution ends on August 31, 2027, with construction start no later than 12 days after receipt of the order letter. Alternative bids are permitted for the areas of flushing drilling procedures (Title 2.5) and construction road (referring to internal Lots 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7) in conjunction with a main bid. Securities: 5% of the contract sum (incl. VAT, without supplements) if the contract sum is at least 250,000 Euro net, and 3% for defect claims. Required suitability proofs include prequalification or self-declaration with details on turnover (3 years), references (5 years), workforce, register entries, insolvency, taxes, social security, and professional association. Special technical qualifications include proof for the construction, repair, and integration of pipelines according to DVGW worksheets GW 301, GW-302, and GW 381, as well as proof of qualification for concrete and reinforced concrete works. further items as per the tender documents.
