Demolition works for replacement new building of three-field sports hall 100. School

Demolition works: complete and selective dismantling of the existing sports hall including annexes and the former youth center. This includes site setup, gutting and hazardous material remediation (especially asbestos and KMF-containing building materials), as well as the subsequent structural demolition of the precast concrete construction. Special requirements apply to the sectional dismantling of the prestressed VT-folding roof structure, beams, and columns. Additionally, floor slabs, foundations, no longer needed main lines, and paved outdoor areas are to be dismantled. Resulting materials must be separately recorded, declared, and professionally recycled or disposed of. The works will be carried out in the immediate vicinity of the existing school, considering ongoing school operations.
