Replacement New Construction of Mixed Water Sewer and Drinking Water Pipeline, Bennewitz, Albert-Kuntz-Straße

Road and civil engineering works for the replacement new construction of a mixed water sewer and a drinking water pipeline in Bennewitz, Albert-Kuntz-Straße: Demolition of 294 m mixed water pipeline DN 500/DN 600 and 14 mixed water manholes, construction of 11 precast manholes DN 1200/DN 1500 made of precast concrete elements, laying of 138 m mixed water pipeline DN 500 GRP and 159 m mixed water pipeline DN 600 GRP in open trench method, 192 m connection pipeline DN 160 PP for approx. 32 house connections, demolition and new construction of 10 street drains. Additionally, laying of 120 m drinking water pipeline PE 100-RC, 125x11.4 mm in open trench method, re-connection of 8 house connection pipelines (out of 32), siphoning of one mixed water pipeline in a protective pipe. Road construction includes a lump-sum complete surface restoration for pipe trenches (MWK+TWL) and the new construction of 1,731 m² asphalt wearing course in Albert-Kuntz-Straße. Execution period: September 28, 2026 to March 26, 2027. Securities: 5% of the gross contract sum for performance, 3% of the gross settlement sum for defect claims.
