Replacement Construction of Embankment and Ship Mooring
Water engineering, special civil engineering, hydraulic steel structures, earthworks, and wet dredging for the replacement construction of an embankment and a ship mooring: Demolition of approx. 600 m³ of embankment wall, approx. 250 m² of existing embankment protection (stone pitching), and approx. 180 m of fence; disposal of approx. 1,390 t of demolition waste, approx. 3,700 m³ of excavation, and approx. 1,500 t of excavated material; intermediate storage of approx. 4,750 t of excavated material; supply and installation of approx. 3,000 m³ of backfill material, approx. 120 m³ of refilling, approx. 1,800 m² of geotextile for reinforced earth, approx. 32 m of concrete beam as a toe wall for revetment, approx. 40 m³ of lean concrete for concrete beam, approx. 125 t of sheet piles, approx. 11 t of sheet pile posts, approx. 1,200 m² of sheet pile profiles, 2 press anchors (each 12.50 m long), approx. 36 m³ of precast reinforced concrete angle supports, approx. 47 m of coping stones, and approx. 360 oak piles (180 cm length); production of approx. 105 m² of corrosion protection, approx. 13 m³ of infill concrete, approx. 260 m² of stone pitching LMB 40/200, approx. 750 m² of vegetated riprap LMB 10/60, and approx. 165 m² of interlocking concrete block revetment (30x30x18 cm); wet dredging of approx. 750 m³ of groyne field including disposal/recycling; further services include excavation of the groyne field, construction of sheet piles as toe protection, sheet pile posts as land storage for ship mooring, an abutment for a ship mooring with terrain stabilization by sheet piling and tie-backs, slope protection, installation of angle supports, temporary dewatering, steel construction for jetty abutment, railings, and consoles, backfilling of structures, reinforced earth, and surface restoration up to the interface of the outdoor facilities construction measure; planning services and technical processing of the construction measure, including updating/adapting execution documents for technically required construction states (incl. structural stability verification), creation of planning documents for piling and excavation pit plans, detailed design for steel construction, railings, paving layout plan, structural analysis for precast concrete parts and other construction aids, and creation of as-built documentation.
