Spare parts for Plug Power 1MWEX425D-PEM electrolyzer

Delivery of spare parts for a Plug Power 1MW EX425D - PEM electrolyzer under a 3-year framework agreement from contract signing. The delivery includes Plug Power or equivalent electrolyzer spare parts that meet the technical specifications and are accepted by the manufacturer of the existing electrolyzer for installation. The parameters of the electrolyzer for equivalence assessment are: operating principle electrolysis with low-temperature proton exchange membrane (LT-PEM), performance 210 Nm³/h hydrogen gas, maximum electrical power consumption including auxiliary units ~1.25 MW, outlet hydrogen gas pressure 40 barg, outlet hydrogen gas temperature maximum 40 °C, stepless power variation between 10-100%, cold start maximum 10 minutes, warm start maximum 60 seconds. Pipes and system elements in contact with hydrogen and oxygen must be made of material 1.4404 or an equivalent hydrogen-resistant material. Electrical and non-electrical equipment in hydrogen-affected technological areas must comply with the calculated explosion protection zone, IIC gas subgroup, and T1 temperature. The unit must have EU conformity, a 24-pulse rectifier system, an integrated water purification system capable of producing 0.1 µS/cm conductivity water from tap water, integrated mechanical cooling for technological processes, an integrated, closed cooling system, and an integrated gas purification system ensuring 99.9994% hydrogen purity. A related service is the provision of a supervisor for maintenance, repair, and revision works. The estimated value of the framework agreement is net 300,000,000 HUF, with the planned value of individual contracts reaching or exceeding net 15,000,000.00 HUF.
