Maintenance and repair services for passenger cars, off-road vehicles, vans, and light commercial vehicles: includes regular small services (inspection, filter and oil change, fluid check and refill), regular large services (preventive and corrective maintenance based on age, usage, and mileage), and extraordinary services (repairs due to material fatigue, operator error, factory defects, or force majeure). Services comprise auto-mechanical, auto-electrical, bodywork, and painting work, including spare parts and consumables. Billing is based on working hours (kn/working hour). Spare parts and consumables must be specified by name, unit, price, and quantity; original parts require original designation and catalog number, equivalent quality parts require manufacturer name and catalog number. Additionally, the contract includes the supply of spare parts and consumables for the client's own mechanical workshops, covering all spare parts needed for regular and extraordinary vehicle repairs. A towing service for non-operational vehicles is also included, consisting of transport by tow truck (24/7) and a flat rate for loading/unloading and transport up to 20 km.
