Development of the Am Ortfelde construction area in Lehrte OT Steinwedel

Earthworks, sewage, and road construction for the development of the Am Ortfelde construction area in Lehrte OT Steinwedel: Installation of utility lines (electricity, water, lighting), construction of the sewage canal, construction of the access road, and construction of the noise barrier, including all necessary ancillary works. Execution begins on 20.10.2026 and must be completed by 22.03.2027. Alternative bids and multiple main bids are not permitted. The award criterion is the lowest price. Advance and final payments will be made according to VOB/B. Bidding consortia are jointly and severally liable. Qualification requirements include prequalification or a self-declaration of suitability, proof of qualification for the person responsible for safety work at construction sites according to MVAS 99, and liability insurance with a coverage of 5,000,000.00 € for personal injury, property damage, and/or financial losses, further items as per the tender documents.
