Preparation of a comprehensive conformity assessment report for the investment project according to Art. 169 para. 1 pts. 1-6 and Art. 142 para. 5 of the Spatial Planning Act (ZUT); construction supervision consulting services during construction according to Art. 166 para. 1 pts. 1 and 2, Art. 168 and Art. 169b para. 1 of the ZUT and Ordinance No. 3/2003, including control over the completeness and correct preparation of construction acts and protocols; preparation of a final report to the contracting authority according to Art. 168 para. 6 of the ZUT; performance of Health and Safety Coordinator functions according to Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004; preparation of a technical passport according to Art. 176a of the ZUT and Ordinance No. 5 of 28.12.2006.
