Preparation of Protection Plans and Documentation for Nature Reserves
Preparation of protection plans and associated documentation for several nature reserves, divided into lots. The documentation must be prepared in accordance with Annex 9 of the tender documents, the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of May 12, 2005, and Article 20 of the Nature Protection Act of April 16, 2004. For specific activities such as literature data collection, office work, and completion of PZO documentation templates, the employment of personnel under an employment contract is required, unless the contractor performs the work independently or through civil law contracts. Execution is divided into two stages per lot: Stage I by October 29, 2026 (partial documentation) and Stage II by October 28, 2027 (final documentation), commencing from the contract signing date.
