Upgrading of fishing spot and plantings at Pfaffensee

Upgrading of a fishing spot at Pfaffensee: Dismantling and disposal of damaged wooden and steel components of the fishing pier, refurbishment and coating of the steel substructure, renewal of the oak planking, manufacturing and installation of a new railing including handrail, planting of native black poplars and silver willows in the southern shore area. Execution from 01.10.2026 to 15.12.2026. Required securities: 3 % of the invoice sum for defect claims, 5 % for contract performance. Eligibility proofs include prequalification or self-declaration of suitability, proof of employee numbers, business registration, commercial register extract, craft register entry, certificates of good standing (social security fund, tax office, professional association), exemption certificate according to § 48b Income Tax Act, and declarations regarding the Saxony-Anhalt Wage and Procurement Law. Award criterion is the lowest price. Advance and final payments are made according to VOB/B. Bidder consortia are jointly and severally liable.
