Extended Shell Construction Works for Replacement New Building of Wilhelm-Gymnasium Sports Hall

Shell construction works for the foundation and structural framework: Earthworks (loosening and conveying soil approx. 1,089 m³, preparing subgrade approx. 1,425 m², disposal of soil and stones approx. 2,050 t), open dewatering (8 weeks provision, 30 days operation), buried wastewater, drinking water, and heating pipes (wastewater pipes DN 110 to DN 160 approx. 195 m), floor drains, casing pipes, annular space seals, building penetrations, ring and foundation earthing (approx. 1,010 m) including potential equalization, blinding layers (concrete, 10 cm thick, approx. 1,216 m²) and foundation components, perimeter insulation under the base plate (approx. 1,158 m²), waterproof concrete base plate (25 cm thick, approx. 1,158 m²) including joint seals, in-situ concrete and reinforced concrete works (in-situ concrete ceilings including inclined ceilings approx. 1,413 m², in-situ concrete walls, predominantly fair-faced concrete class SB 2, approx. 1,243 m²), fair-faced concrete components of class SB 2, formwork, falsework (for ceilings up to approx. 8.50 m height, approx. 1,472 m²) and temporary supports, reinforcing steel and reinforcing steel mats (approx. 246 t), precast stairs (4 units) and precast columns (16 units), sand-lime brick masonry (approx. 162 m²), additional bituminous waterproofing of the waterproof concrete base plate (waterproofing of the waterproof concrete base plate and wall plinths approx. 1,277 m²), concrete cosmetic repairs, blasting works and mineral concrete glazes (blasting and mineral glaze of fair-faced concrete surfaces approx. 1,256 m²), recycled concrete (surcharge for recycled concrete approx. 350 m³) and QNG certification, empty conduits and installation boxes for electrical engineering (empty and protective conduits in concrete or soil approx. 1,800 m, installation and switch junction boxes in concrete approx. 480 units), as well as associated planning, testing, and verification services, scaffolding and hourly wage works.
