Extended Shell Construction Works for Heating Center Schulcampus Zell-Weierbach

Extended shell construction works: Earthworks include the excavation of approximately 1,150 m³ of soil, its removal and disposal of approximately 2,070 t, backfilling of working spaces (approx. 200 m³), and the excavation for trenches and shafts (approx. 480 m³) and backfilling of trenches and shafts (approx. 240 m³). This also covers shoring and drainage works, the installation of 2 cable pulling shafts and approximately 600 m of DN100 cable protection pipe for electrical systems, 2 shafts and approximately 75 m of DN110 sewage pipe for wastewater installations, and 2 shafts and approximately 125 m of DN110-DN200 sewage pipe for rainwater installations. Reinforced concrete works involve an angled retaining wall (H=310 cm, D=25 cm, approx. 15 linear meters), 3 support foundations (LxWxH = 20x60x120 cm), a strip foundation (W=60 cm, H=75 cm, approx. 22 linear meters), a reinforced concrete floor slab (waterproof concrete, D=30 cm, approx. 36 m²), reinforced concrete walls (waterproof concrete, D=30 cm, H=165 cm including insulation, approx. 42 m²), reinforced concrete walls (C25/30, D=20-25 cm, H=approx. 290-460 cm, approx. 105 m²), a reinforced concrete parapet (C25/30, D=20 cm, H=47 cm, approx. 25 linear meters), a reinforced concrete ceiling (C25/30, D=25 cm, approx. 36 m²), and an R11 coating for the floor slab (approx. 40 m²). Timber works comprise 3 columns/wall panels (GL24c, H=307 cm, D=12 cm, W=120 cm), timber frame walls post-and-beam (6x14 cm, H=270 cm, a=67.5 cm, approx. 40 m²), 6 roof beams (GL24c, H=40 cm, D=12 cm, L=434 cm), 35 roof purlins (GL24c, H=24 cm, D=12 cm, L=406 cm), 11 edge beams/parapet beams (GL24c, H=95 cm, D=14 cm, L=406-504 cm), 24 mm three-layer panel (nailed roof area, approx. 115 m²), and an emergency roof / 1st sealing layer (approx. 210 m²).
