Extended shell construction works for the core renovation of a listed school building (3 floors + vaulted cellar) and the extension (3 full floors + basement in watertight concrete construction) in Frankfurt am Main, Seilerstraße 36: Interior demolition (ceilings 650 m²) and exterior demolition (250 m³), masonry (old + new building 300 m²), concrete works (old + new building 980 m³), composite steel-concrete slabs with trapezoidal sheeting and in-situ concrete (650 m²), earthworks (2,800 m³), shoring (up to 7.50 m depth, 250 m), drainage canal works (500 m), waterproofing and insulation (new + old building 750 m²), steel construction (UK Tech.Zentr. HEB 120-160 L=6 m, 30 units), fire protection cladding for steel beams (320 m²), reinforcing steel mesh (85 t), and reinforcing steel bars (25 t). Start of shell construction works Q4 2025, completion of shell construction works Q3 2026, completion of earthworks for retention basins Q1 2027, completion of overall project Q3 2027. The school premises cover 2,933 m², the old building has a footprint of 680 m² (GFA 4,630 m², GIV 20,280 m³) and the new building has a footprint of 370 m² (GFA 1,260 m², GIV 6,130 m³).
